The website presents the products sold through MALINCO PRODEX SRL and their technical details. It is a presentation website: access is free, and the “Quote list” is not a shopping cart. Products are made according to the technical specifications agreed with the Client. The images on the website are for presentation purposes. MALINCO PRODEX SRL may refuse to enter into contracts with one or more Clients.

Payment for products

The legal guarantee for consumers is described on the Warranty page. Payment terms, the warranty for made-to-order work and other similar information are set out in the contracts concluded by MALINCO PRODEX SRL with each Client.

Force majeure

Force majeure releases the party invoking it from liability, under the conditions of general law. Its occurrence and cessation must be notified to the other party within 5 days.
