Privacy policy
Applies to the maxCL website and to people in the European Economic Area and Switzerland.
Here we explain what we do with the data we obtain about you through this website. We comply with privacy legislation, including the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), which means, among other things, that we:
- state clearly the purposes for which we process personal data;
- collect only the data we need for legitimate purposes;
- ask for your explicit consent whenever it is required;
- take appropriate security measures and require the same of those who process data on our behalf;
- respect your right to access, correct or delete your data on request.
1. Who processes the data
MALINCO PRODEX SRL, with its registered office at Sântandrei nr. 391/A2, Bihor County, Romania, tax identification number (CIF) RO9669166, Trade Register No. J05/1209/1997. E-mail: contact@maxcl.ro, phone: 0770 411 264.
2. What data we process and why
Quote request
When you send us a quote request, we receive your name, phone number and/or e-mail address, town, message, the products in your Quote list with the details you filled in, and any attached files (photos, sketches). We use them to contact you and prepare your quote. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We keep requests for as long as needed for the quote and the business relationship that follows, and then delete them.
Phone and e-mail
If you call or write to us, we use your data only to reply to you and to complete what you asked of us.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. Only the providers who help us host the website and receive e-mails can see it, under data processing agreements. We disclose personal information only when required to do so by law or by a court order.
4. Cookies and local storage
The website does not use marketing or tracking cookies. We use the browser’s local storage (localStorage) for things you ask for: the products added to your Quote list. This data stays on your device and only reaches us if you send the request. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.
Links to Facebook and Instagram take you to those networks’ websites, which have their own policies.
5. Security
We take appropriate measures to limit misuse of and unauthorised access to personal data: only the people who need it have access, access is protected, and the measures are reviewed periodically. Files attached to requests are not publicly accessible.
6. Your rights
- To know why we need your data, what happens to it and how long we keep it.
- The right of access to the data we hold about you.
- The right to rectification: to complete, correct, delete or block your data at any time.
- The right to withdraw your consent and to request erasure of your data.
- The right to data portability: to receive your data and transfer it to another controller.
- The right to object to processing, except where there are justified grounds for it.
When you write to us, tell us clearly who you are, so that we can be sure we are not changing or deleting someone else’s data.
7. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the way we process your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP, the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing).
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Please check it from time to time; the version in force is always the one on this page.
