Custom kitchen worktops

A maxCL solution for custom worktops, adapted to the furniture, the appliances and the way the kitchen is used. Undermount sinks, flush-mounted hobs, CNC cut-outs and edges with a custom apparent thickness are all possible. In renovations, the worktop can be installed over the existing one, but only after the substrate has been checked.

8, 10 or 12 mm compact HPL. Indicative maximum size per element: 1300 mm wide and 3000 mm long. Longer runs can be made with a joint of approximately 0.5 mm. The mounting strip and the apparent edge thickness are configurable. Cut-outs for the sink, hob and accessories are CNC-machined from the equipment templates.

New worktop or renovation over the existing worktop; 8/10/12 mm HPL; dimensions, edges, joints, cut-outs, undermount sink and flush hob made to order.

Decor matching or combined with the furniture and the splashback. The final choice depends on the thickness and configuration available.

Installed by bonding and/or adjustable mechanical fixing, depending on the furniture and substrate. When fitting over an existing worktop, we check flatness, stability, edges and whether it can be sealed.
